• The principle of dust purifying
The airflow containing dust enters into the dust catcher from the entrance and the dust is comparted and collected by the surface of the filter core, the purified airflow exhaust from the center of the filter core, this can achieve the purpose of purification. It uses the compressed air （0.6-0.7Mpa）to produce strong airflow, which is released from the electromagnetism valve to the center of filter core to clean up it, the airflow bow wave will surge and blow down the collected dust on the surface of filter core and the dust falls onto the ash bucket. It adopts PLC controlling system to anti-blow according to designed program, ensuring the equipment has very high purifying efficiency.

• Several characteristics of the filter core dust catcher
1. Dust disposal efficiency is high. It can wipe off dust whose diameter is larger than 5um, the efficiency can reach 99%.
2. The equipment adopts PLC controlling impulse to anti-blow, has auto-cleaning function, convenient to manipulate.
3. The volume is small, can save the using space effectively.
4. The configuration design of the equipment is reasonable, easy to maintain.
5. There are many ways to choose for how to eliminate the ash, such as ash bucket, ash eliminating vehicle, screwed ash removing device, and so on.
6. Various materials of filter core can be chose by clients, including high temperature enduring type, dampproof type, burning proof type.
7. Abroad used in the fields of machinery process, chemical industry, building materials, medicine production, electron, carpentry process, and so on.
